The Curly Mermaid

This spring I think the most valuable pieces of my ensembles will include mixing in subtle pastels with my usual black pieces. My favorite piece I would like to add to my closet next is definitely the H&M Quilted Leather Sneakers [pictured above]. I think even with a casual outfit they will make a usually mainstream accessory unique to my own style. This season I am really liking pastel purples and blues, although trying to not wear black for breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be a challenge, I think it is time for a little change. Overalls became one of my favorite things to wear last year and I think it'll be the same this season! Comfort is important but looking put together with a thoughtful outfit is as well, I have found skorts the best of both worlds and cant wait to add a piece (like the one pictured above) to my closet. Finding the perfect leather jacket for me was a challenge last year, but H&M pulled through with a quilted one (for only $10!), [which I will for sure be re-wearing all spring long].
